Traditional Life Assurance

Skandia is a leading Nordic provider of traditional life assurance. This business is conducted by the wholly owned company Skandia Liv, which is run on a mutual basis. This entails that all profits generated by the business go to the policyholders and that Skandia Liv is not consolidated in the Skandia group. Outside the Nordic region, Skandia offers traditional life assurance to a limited extent.
